A fruit basket and a biscuit tin are ordered quickly, but after two weeks nobody looks at them. What works at the office is a mix of something sweet, something hearty and something to spoon – plus a fixed rhythm so it does not have to be organised from scratch every time.
Snacks that can be delivered
- Chia pudding or overnight oats in a jar, 5.50 € – keeps in the fridge and works as a proper snack
- Energy balls with peanut chocolate or matcha cashew, 2.30 € per piece
- Banana bread bites with berries, 3.30 €, baked without refined sugar
- Brownie and blueberry coconut bites, 3.30 €, vegan
- Breakfast egg muffins with tomato, feta and spinach, 4.50 €, hearty instead of sweet
- Sweet potato waffle with avocado tomato salsa, 4.50 €
- Fruit basket with nuts and berries for the table, 23.90 € for 8 to 10 people
- Green juice or Dr. ABC juice in a 0.2 litre bottle, 4.50 €
How much per person?
- Afternoon snack: one to two pieces per person
- Full-day workshop: three to four pieces, split between morning and afternoon
- Trade fair stand: rather more small pieces, delivered in batches across the day
- Fruit on top: one basket for 8 to 10 people
Regular instead of one-off
The easiest setup is a fixed date, for example every Tuesday and Thursday. From four deliveries a month we give 10 % off all food, and delivery, pick up, packaging and buffet equipment are included. Minimum term is one month.
Three things that make the difference
- Plan plant-based and gluten free items from the start instead of organising extras afterwards
- Include something hearty – purely sweet snacks get to be too much around midday
- Think about packaging: palm leaf, bamboo and glass instead of plastic, reusable on request
