Long meetings, trainings and workshops need a good break. Our bites give energy without the afternoon slump an hour later.
Trade fairs & conferences
For the afternoon at the trade fair stand or the conference break: small bites to eat standing up, with coffee, tea, juices and smoothies.

Birthday, anniversary or just a thank-you to the team: our sweet treats arrive ready to serve on palm leaf and wooden plates.

Coffee and tea flat rate 24.90 € per pot (approx. 10 people): 2 litres of filter coffee and 1 litre of hot water with milk, milk alternatives, sugar, agave syrup and to-go cups.
Juices and smoothies are available on request, such as our green juice with celery, apple, kiwi, lime and ginger.
Without refined sugar
Sweets that give energy
Our sweet treats are home made and without refined sugar: the sweetness comes from dates, fruit and coconut, plus nuts and good chocolate. Brownies, blueberry coconut bites and energy balls are vegan – and almost everything is gluten free.
There is also mousse in a jar, such as mango coconut mascarpone or vegan peanut chocolate, and healthy “Snickers”. That makes the coffee break the highlight of the meeting.

Frequently asked questions about meeting catering
How much does a coffee break cost?
The “Sweet & Coffee Break” package costs 10.90 € per person from 10 people, the coffee and tea flat rate 24.90 € per pot for approx. 10 people. Individually, bites are 3.30 €, energy balls 2.30 € and mousse in a jar 4.00 €. All food net plus 7 % VAT.
Is it really sugar free?
Free of refined sugar: the sweetness comes from dates, fruit and coconut, and we use nuts and good chocolate. So the break gives energy instead of making you tired.
Are there vegan options?
Yes. Brownie bites, blueberry coconut bites, energy balls, the vegan peanut chocolate mousse and healthy “Snickers” are vegan.
Can I combine the coffee break with breakfast or lunch?
Of course. Many teams order our “Morning Boost” breakfast package in the morning, the lunch menu at noon and the Sweet & Coffee Break in the afternoon – all from one source, with service staff on site on request.
